Our team consist of local consultants with experience in international working environment and international consultants with local knowledge.

ACCMIN’s professional team has 15 years' experience in accounting expertise in effectively delivering professional accounting, financial auditing, management consulting and company advisory services to clients in Lao PDR. Through successfully managing many company appraisals and accounting and financial management assignments either individually or in close co-operation with internationally recognised  consulting firms, the ACCMIN team is familiar with transparency, accountability, financial management systems and reporting requirements of the Government of Lao PDR, Non Profit Organisations (NGO), Enterprises and the international assistance community, including the International Development Association (IDA), Asian Development Bank, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Swiss Red Cross (SRC) and Bread for the World (BftW).

As part of our professional development program, each team member is committed to maintaining the highest-level of professional competence and service to our clients.  To do this, ACCMIN encourages and supports each team member to observe emerging trends in the accounting profession and to use this knowledge to develop innovative solutions and suggest improvements to accounting system set up and design and financial management of our clients.

Khampiew Thiphavongphanh is a Lao Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) holder from Thailand and Vietnam. In additions, he has completed various training courses in audit, internal control system, risk assessment and IFRS. He has 15 years’ experience in accounting and financial management of projects, Non Profit Organizations and enterprises. His main areas of professional expertise concentrate on accounting system set up, financial management, financial and operational budgeting, information technology, systems analysis and assessment.

In addition to his significant experience in accounting and financial management, he has held senior executive posts for project accounting and finance within the Ministry of Health (MOH). As a financial management specialist, he played a key part in managing global fund grants worth more than USD 100 million that were used to reduce the incidence of HIV AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in this country.

Khampiew was also engaged as a financial management advisor for the Strengthening of the Environment Management (SEM) Project, phase I that received SEK 62 million from the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) for this work. 

As an indication of his financial management expertise, he has been appointed to undertake many systems-based reviews, financial assessments and internal and external audit assignments of donor-funded projects, banking institutions, and insurance firms including the insurance agency - Assurance Generale du Laos, projects funded by the World Bank,  Asian Development Bank (ADB), Swiss Red Cross and Bread for the World (BftW).

Ms. Thanida Adtachot, Manager

Bachelor of Arts, Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand and Certificate of Accounting, Micro Tech, Vientiane, Laos. She has more than 10 years’ experience in administration and accounting of private companies and 5 years in accounting and auditing of projects and non profit organizations (NGO).

Ms. Phetkakham Vongsouvankhenkhamsay

High Diploma in accounting. She has more than 10 years in administration and 3 years experience in accounting and audit of project funded by donors, Non Profit Organizations (NGO) and companies.

Mr. Lae Muensy

High Diploma in accounting. He has 6 years in accounting and audit of project funded by donors, Non Profit Orgnizations (NGO) and Companies.

Accounting and audit assistants

Background in accounting/business and banking. 1-2 years of experience in accounting and audit of project funded by donors, Non Profit Orgnizations (NGO) and Companies.

We also outsource external staff to enhance our team dueing the peak season or when specific skills are required for certain assignments.
